So sassy!

The pony has some new found skills that he is showing me much more frequently as he gets in better shape! Bucking! It is actually pretty comical since he isnt great at it and he isnt malicious about it at all either. I am really cracking down on him being more prompt about everything (especially transitions) and he sometimes like to act as if nothing was asked of him. Then when he gets a little reminder (aka the dressage whip!) he throws his heels up in protest of, what clearly is, pony abuse :)

I am actually enjoying riding him with his new increased stamina. He really is getting in good shape and I dont feel as if he is dying by the end of our rides at all. I am really looking forward to our lesson on Monday. I am hoping to get it video taped (as long as our personal videographer is feeling okay). That will help me a lot as we only take lessons once a month. Oh the dreams I have of all the things we could do if money wasnt an issue :)
